Open Access is a publication model where neither readers nor a reader's institution are charged for access to articles or other resources. Users are free to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of papers published under a CC-BY 4.0 DEED copyright license and use these articles for free to Share copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format for any purpose, even commercially. And free to Adapt remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content. All articles are made freely available online as soon as they are published, with no embargo period and without any subscription, registration, or payment required from readers, in line with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition of open access.
